: Based on the audit report made in accordance with this Act, if there is a basis and reason that the troubled organization or association can be re-operated, the management committee can perform the following remedial actions:-
(a) ordering the committee to conduct management or business transactions,
(b) Forming an interim committee from among the share members of the concerned organization or association to conduct management or work transactions,
(c) Dissolve the committee and convene a general meeting of such organization or association to form or cause a new committee to manage the same or conduct its business,
(d) If the Central Subject Cooperative Association or the National Cooperative Federation, of which the concerned organization or association is a member, submits a credible action plan for the re-operation of the troubled association or organization and wants to take responsibility for re-operation, it shall give such responsibility subject to the prescribed conditions,
(e)  To adopt such other corrective and remedial measures as the Management Committee may deem fit.
